You all know that sinking feeling of something scratching your walls in the middle of the night OR seeing spider webs on your chair just as you are about to get some sun OR seeing a black line of ants traveling around your kitchen! I have had it all during the last 8 years. But, the moment I call and Amy answers with her calm manner and told me all will be ok - I felt I could exhale. And, to get lucky enough that dear Jonathan (the tech) has come to my property each time with a huge smile and kind way- well- I’m happy! Jonathan is thorough and positive every step of the way. He found a tiny hole in my vent outside, set traps and patched. I’m so relieved. Again. Even if it’s just for my bi-monthly service - he is always troubleshooting before a problem can begin! We called Ronin at 7am with an emergency. They showed up same day just a few hours later. The technician who came to give us a quote (William) was kind, professional and efficient. We received a quote that was honest and fair. The visit fee went toward paying the quote which was helpful and not an added expense. We needed this issue to be taken care of same day or it would cost us significantly, we explained this to William and Judith (in the office) and both were super kind to make this happen for us. We had another technician show up at 4pm on the same day (Raul) and he went above and beyond for us and performed the pest treatment within the hour. Everything was made easy by the Ronin staff. 5/5 for customer service, 5/5 for professionalism and quality of technicians! and 5/5 overall. Essentially they took a really negative experience for us (dealing with a pest issue) and they made it easy, quick and effortless. South Bay for years, but never had the chance to use them—until recently, when I needed help with a rodent issue. I had a great experience with Ronin Pest Control. My exterminator, Derek, was professional and thorough from start to finish. He treated the termites in the wooden windows of my home and also took the time to explain the different types of termites and how the treatment works. Derek was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy to understand. Highly recommend!

Very thankful for Ronin. I was (barely) dealing with a living nightmare of a termite infestation in my apartment. It's hard to communicate just how many termites there were, and so many just out in the open. Imagine how many were in the walls. No, don't, it's too gross. Did you know termites have wings and can fly? I didn't. Now I do. I don't know anything about the termite lifestyle but they seemed to be multiplying by the second. I'm so grateful to these guys - specifically the technicians Bernie and Yosvani who were professional, knowledgable, warm, efficient, thorough, and reassuring. I can't thank them enough. Also thrilled that the company was able to accommodate scheduling so quickly.

We've been using Ronin for years to handle our ant and spider problems, and we'll continue to do so. They are quick to respond and have immediate availability. They keep great records, so they can easily find me in their system so I don't have to give them all my info again and again. Every service person they have sent to our house has been super friendly and most importantly knowledgeable about what they're doing. Also, the price is right! I highly recommend!
