He was professional, respectful of my home, and most importantly extremely knowledgeable. You could tell this wasn’t just a job to him; he genuinely wanted to help. He conducted a thorough inspection and explained everything in real time, pointing out potential access points and signs of past pest activity. He gave clear, honest recommendations and was incredibly informative and patient throughout. We recently moved into a home that was overgrown with outside vegetation. We paid to have it cut down, recovered as possible or removed. The service technician, Jonathon, arrived on time. I discussed in length the concerns and remedies I desired of Black Diamond’s services. Jonathon addressed my requests superbly. He treated every concern of pests and used various techniques and pesticides to address individual concerns. Jonathon was at my residence for over an hour. He explained what he was doing and what results I could expect. In addition, he advised that if the treatment was not satisfactory after a while, I could call for a reapplication before my next scheduled treatment. I could not have been more pleased with Black Diamonds services and Jonathon’s attention to detail of my needs and concern. We have used Black Diamond for many years And on several of our Airbnb homes. We’ve always had good service, but Ken is the most thorough technician we’ve ever had. He even found a problem with one of our trees, removed two wasps and Took care to do all cracks, vertical and horizontal surfaces. I want Ken to come back every time we have Black Diamond come

Black Diamond Pest Control has taken care of our personal home as well as several properties that we manage through our property management company (Richfield Property Management) for several years now. We have always been impressed with their professionalism, thoroughness, and customer service response time…it often feels like we "have a friend in the business." John treated our home today, calling prior to showing up, greeting us at the door explaining what he had done, & asked if there were any issues or areas we had noticed activity he should address. He also identified a potential intrusion point for mice. Added bonus: when you have a company like Black Diamond that you trust and depend on, it makes it easy to turn away solicitations from competitors when they come knocking!
