At first, when maven approached me, I didn’t think I needed this service. But we did have some ants showing up in the basement and off the sun porch. And naturally, we had spiderwebs around the eaves of the house and around some of the windows and nooks. Window walls. Their price was so reasonable. I thought what the heck. I’ll try them for a year. Made a big difference. They treat for all kind of insects around the perimeter of your house. Your garage, I was startled that all that the technician did. I would highly recommend them. The technicians are very professional, they text you prior to their arrival, if you see anything anywhere, you can just mention it to them and double check it and make sure they treat it. We no longer have any answers in our Son porch or our basement. Window wells are much cleaner. In my opinion, Money, well spent!

I had a sales person come to my door to sell their services. I was skeptical at first but he told me that they use natural products which was nice because I have small kids and a dog. I was told that they would do four applications a year that cost $60 each time. The sales person told me that they would break it up to $20 a month instead of charging $60 each quarter. Now they are charging me $60 each month even though they are only coming every 3 months. I also asked them to apply product by my kids playground and they did not. I reached out then and no one responded. I called customer service today to cancel services and they told me that I was under contract for a year and it would cost $360 to end the contract early. With all that said we have also found several bugs (spiders, stink bugs, Lady bugs, and ants) in the house since the application. I also never received a copy of this contract that they are holding me to. Be cautious if they come to your door.

I love to see local pest control companies working hard. They came to my door and offered their neighborhood discount. I signed up nervous at first. Lo and behind a professional truck and very polite gentleman named Mario arrived for my scheduled appointment. The experience was wonderful compared to other past control companies I’ve used before. Other companies spend about 10 maybe 15 minutes doing their work. These guys spend 45 minutes minimum working hard each visit!! I don’t feel overlooked. Very pleased with Maven.

We had been looking for a new pest control company & Maven happened to come to our house looking to fill their schedule up and introduced me to Maven. I liked what I heard and we set a time for the next day. When they didn't show up I figured someone had dropped the ball, glad I didn't pay up front. Then about the middle of the afternoon I had a knock at my door and it was the vice president of Maven! They had had some sort of emergency on the job and he apologized over & over again. I told him it was fine & we got down to walking the property. Giving him the issues. He was so polite and knew exactly what I needed. He explained that I should give it about 10 days & see then if I still had an ant problem. By the next day they were almost completely gone and the wasp problem is no more. I'm very happy & pleased with Maven and recommend them 100%!! And thank you to the VP for leaving his office to help out his team when there was an emergency! Now thats dedication!!!

Extremely disappointed. They just tell me I'm on a one year contract of which was supposed to be shared by the technician when he sold it to me months ago...it was not! They show up without letting me know by text, which I asked to be the form of communication, but they did not! They were ineffective on bugs on the inside of my house of which has never been corrected. Now I'm told I'm obligated to pay your a years service or cancellation cost of which I knew nothing of. Very disappointed to say the least. I hope you enjoy the money that I don't want to spend.
