The technician, Chad, was super personable, knowledgeable, took the time to educate me and answer my questions. He was empathetic to the level of pest control I wanted: focus on ant infestation only than indiscriminately killing everything. The initial service was to address a longstanding ant infestation of carpenter ants in my house, which appears to be resolved immediately after the first application. Thank you so much for excellent service. Would definitely use this company again in the future.

Hands down 10 out of 10 customer service!!! The owner, Jeff, is VERY fast to respond via text message. And his pest control guys are absolutely amazing!! Very fast service, usually same day or next day service (not on Sundays), and these guys are very knowledgeable about the common household bugs in the area. The prices are very reasonable and I only have nice things to say about these guys
