Green Pest Services

I’ve been a long time customer and their service has been great. The quarterly treatments work and it has significantly prevented unwanted bugs in my house. If I do find bugs Green comes without question to spray again. Emmanuel has been the technician for my area and he is very professional and does a great job.

The response time from posting a request online to initial contact was a lot quicker than I expected! In the initial call I got all the information I needed and they were willing to come the next day, which was fantastic! Zewdu came, he is extremely nice, allowed us to explain all the areas of concern and allowed us to ask questions,. He was very informative in what was going on, what he was going to do before and after each step. He definitely went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. He definitely made this process simple and we’re excited to continue working with Green Pest and see Zewdu (Z) again soon!

Gabriel was wonderful! He definitely knows a lot about bugs and was able to answer all our questions, explained everything he recommended and why. One question I had was where exactly bugs were getting in and he was able to pinpoint where. We really appreciated that he was honest with us about the services we needed. He also told us that he would be happy to come back and set new traps in our garage if needed.

Green Pest Services is absolutely awesome! I especially appreciate their technicians. Every single one who has come to my home has been kind, professional, and accommodating. Just yesterday, the technician noticed tape around my gas pipe and mentioned that he would apply silicone instead, which I thought was so thoughtful. I also told him how much I loved the max trap that another one of their technicians had placed in my garage because it catches lizards, and he replaced them with all new ones! On top of that, he sprayed my garage for spiders. To me, that’s truly going above and beyond.

I have enjoyed the services from Green Pest Services. They are good at regular maintenance. They are also good a responding to concerns. Once they start working on a pest problem, they will keep servicing that problem until it is resolved. No pest at my house, period! Green Pest Services helps me keep it that way.

Zewit was a phenomenal assistance! We wasn’t only knowledgeable, but he was patient and explained everything to me step by step. I called about bees IN my basement on Monday, and Zewit was at my doorstep Tuesday ready to help. He took his time, found the hive, and took care of for us. I have used other big name companies before and they NEVER gave me the service I get here. 100% recommend!!!

Roger was great! Very knowledgeable about the treatment approach needed for my cockroach problem. He was timely and pleasant to talk to.
