These guys are so good. I lived in my building 30 + years, and although I personality haven’t had issues in the different units, the trash room was scary at times. But since we have had Elite Ops the last few years.. so much better. Not scared to walk in trash room anymore. The exterminators are super friendly and knowledgeable and are happy to answer any questions

Have used Elite Ops multiple times both in our home and rental properties. They are efficient, thorough and very responsive. Eliminated our issues after one treatment. We also have a child and a pet so it’s a relief that they use less-toxic products! 100% recommend.

Jonny was the absolute best! He was very professional, patient, and went above and beyond. He arrived on time, spent the time educating me on how to prevent cock roaches in the future, and helped move appliances to get better access to spray.
