Terminix Commercial

I had them come out to treat fleas after a tenant moved out of my rental property. I paid a lot of money for 3 treatments after which my new tenant walked in, got attacked by fleas and canceled her lease, costing me multiple months of missed rent. When I reached out they did not know how to fix it. They did not treat it with any kind of urgency or responsibility. When I asked for a refund bc I now had to hire another company (orkin, which did a great job) they told me "we can't because we already provided the service". When I finally got to a manager, he said he approved a refund. That was a month ago. I have not received anything. And now when I call, I can't get through and am on hold for 10+ min. Really, a local exterminator has so many calls you can't get through? Anyway, resorting to posting bad reviews in hopes it helps me get this resolved. Very disappointing.

Mitchell Wagner w/ Terminix is an amazing technician. He keeps my Office & Warehouse maintained and pest free. It's incredible having the peace of mind that only invited guest walk around in our building. With my Team Members in and out of customers homes every day and delivering and bringing back equipment, we run the risk of transporting their unwanted guest back to our Office.
