Realizing I had bedbugs was absolutely soul draining. As a single mom, with 3 kids and pets, I literally didnt know where to turn. I did call a couple of the brand name places but they were way above my price point and very dismissive. Integrated had some of the best reviews and I now know why. A+++ service! Professional and DISCREET! No insignia on the vehicle, no one will know your house was treated! They say bedbugs are a nightmare, well not if you call this guy! Expert usage and placement of chemicals, my bedbug problem is NO MORE. My elderly mother has had no problems with any of the chemicals used in the house either. And as I said before, no one knows we had bedbugs. Best service, could not be happier!

Th anxiety that comes with discovering bed bugs entered your home is unreal. Me and my family were really stressed about discovering bed bugs in several rooms in our house. IBBR picked up the phone right away when we called at 11pm and were at my house the next morning with a set plan for fixing the problem. They fixed it right away and we haven't had the issue since. Kevin checked in with us numerous times after the job was done. Remarkably professional and courteous. You can't go wrong with this group if you're unfortunate enough to get bed bugs.

To my horror I discovered bed bugs in my bedroom.i called several exterminator's, Kevin got back to me within 24 hrs. He came out the next day an inspected my home, an gave me an estimate. He answered all my questions, he was very patient. He understood my horror an disbelief. He let me know my options (I chose the best) .Two weeks later he came back to start the extermination (he could of started the process sooner but I was leaving for vacation right before I discovered the bedbugs).Then two weeks later he treated again. I haven't seen ANY bedbugs since he treated. He has literally saved my sanity. Kevin is a professional who conducts himself as such. He Very knowledgeable in his Craft.
