ProForce Pest Control - Raleigh

Unfortunately I can not recommend this company. Forced to pay after selling my house by a supposed "family run" company. Felt way more like big business with no flexibility after being sold a lie. When the sales person came to my door I was told that if I moved during the duration of my contract, I would be able to call and cancel my plan. When attempting to do so the company attempted to force me to finish out the contract even though I sold my house and had moved out. I called the company a few more times to ask them to work with me and they still wouldn’t cancel my contract. Instead (even though I sold my home and moved away) put me on a 3 month contract forcing me to pay for services no longer needed. Please avoid!

Winter was my service technician and as first impressions go I was extremely happy with the service. She was very knowledgeable and seemed eager to help and dedicated to her job. She removed a few Wasp nests, and removed a few spiders and their egg sacs as well. As for the actual services, I cannot comment as this was my first service, but as first impressions I am very impressed and it seems like the problem will be corrected.

Derick arrived ready to attack my main concerns a previous company didn't address. He even doubled checked his work order before leaving to make sure all services were completed. When he noticed he forgot one, he quickly got his tools back out and completed, which I appreciated a lot.

Trash ! Signed up yesterday and regret it ! Will call accounting back to cancel my membership ! Wasp nest on my ground didn’t pick up , left some of the nest and wasp still up there , can’t kill bugs immediately because I still got wasp , crickets and ants on my porch . Did clean my front porch good still see webs . Did not attempt to do inside , husband was in the inside waiting for them to knock , didn’t see him in camera knocking at door but left a note saying it’s completed. I want my money back ASAP ! If I could leave no stars I would . Took my money before the job was done tho !

Our tech Derick is always professional and on time, listens to our concerns and addresses them as needed. Just came to do our outdoor package and found a big red ant problem and show me the areas he treated.

Malick did a good job with our external pest service. He was polite and asked me about any trouble areas we were experiencing and gave me instructions for my pet for after the service.
