Assurance Pest & Termite

0 stars, your "techs" came out and sprayed the house inside and out for roaches. I am not against it but what I am against is them NOT spraying all the way to my property line so the bugs don't travel to my house because big companies don't totally get rid of bugs. I do my own house and it costs a lot to get totally rid of them. I keep all boxes and clutter out of my house as well as pets. I have a roach phobia.

Assurance services the townhomes we live in. They do an excellent job. Manny just sprayed our townhouse and he is such a gentleman. He's efficient and definitely knows what he is doing. He's kind, personable and has a great attitude! Really happy with this company and thank you Manny! We appreciate the good hard work always!

I live in Preston Village apartments and this company was contracted with them to take care of pest issues. My neighbors moved out of the townhouse next door and my townhome immediately became infested with roaches right after. After a few visits from Assurance, they decided the best way to resolve the problem would be to bomb my home and the neighboring home because of how bad it was. I was more than willing to do whatever needed to be done because I felt so overwhelmed and helpless. A week after the bombing I haven’t seen one roach. Now 3 months later I have new neighbors and still no roaches. Thank you so much for being so patient with me and having to keep coming to my home. I went from having to cry myself to sleep at night not knowing when I would have to throw away another meal because of roaches falling out of the microwave into the food while I cooked, to my daughter and I finally being able to have playdates over without being embarrassed. Manny is amazing! I was dealing with a termite and bee issue for almost a year until he came along. We tired multiple companies but they never completely got rid of them. I am so happy with his professional experience and will only call on him from now on!

Manny is the absolute best! We had a contract with terminix for YEARS. They came out for a routine spray and decided to tell us they found signs of termites. Assurance came out as a second opinion and told us we had absolutely no signs anywhere, of termites. We immediately canceled with terminix and have been using assurance ever since (a year). They are always so kind and responsive, and TRUSTWORTHY. I highly recommend them.
