West Termite, Pest & Lawn

I been using West for pest service for about 6months. Very happy with the service and cost. The folks in the office are amazing. They work with my schedule, answer random questions I have or find someone who can and always get back to me promptly. When Eric treats my house he is on time, professional, and pays attention to details. Highly recommend.

West termite has been phenomenal since we moved into our home. Robert has been fantastic every time he comes to the house. He's very good with the dogs and they are so excited to see him to get scritches.

Traesen (Trae) was great! Very knowledgeable and provided some suggestions of things we could do to make sure critters stay outside where they belong! He was polite, professional, and thorough!

Eric treats several of our locations. At our office he sometimes has to wait for specific areas to be available but he is understanding and patient. He treats inside and out - does a great job !

West Pest Control has the best technicians. Traesen helped me today with quarterly service. I had asked for a quote to attack some fire ants and he quickly spotted a nest. He explained how the ants transport the granules to the nest. Later, he explained signs to look for with termites (all clear). I get peace of mind when people take the time to inform me. I will be keeping these guys!

Draven is always professional and is knowledgeable about pests and their control. I have a huge infestation of German roaches and he not only identified them, but explained what was necessary to get them out of my house. Draven is personable, answers questions thoroughly and provides good solutions.

Dear West Termite Manager, I already made a payment to my account #513593 on August 14, 2025, before due date and I have attached the receipt issued by your office as proof . Despite this, I continue to receive multiple invoices for the same amount. I have contacted your billing department several times, yet the issue remains unresolved. This repeated solicitation of payment after proof of settlement is unacceptable and may be considered fraudulent under consumer protection laws. I request that you immediately review my account, correct the billing records, and confirm in writing that no further invoices will be sent for this settled payment.
