Excellent service...they are holding the line on treating customers like friends. I know my service tech by name, David, and I'm happy to see him every time. He's willing to go the extra mile to ensure my home is protected. I had ChatGPT create a picture of what service with Adam's Pest Control feels like...I think it speaks for itself.

We purchased a house one year ago with the agreement that Pest Control Adam’s would spray. We were NOT notified of their policy to call them to have the service performed. We had a contract with them with the purchase of the house. Got their renewal request in the mail (the ONLY communication from them) without any treatment performed that year. It's a one time treatment and they want a "warranty" payment every year. I do not recommend them

They came out quickly, same day service in the circumstances needed. From the phone call customer service to the contract coming out to spray attitudes were amazing and everything was done thoroughly I'm just way above expectation. This is a great local Searcy company

Very pissed customer!! The Hispanic woman came to my house. The first time sprayed over my waters and my drinks that was in the floor. I addressed that to her she got pissed off and left so I thought she wouldn’t come back, but she did while I was gone and sprayed the outside and seen on my cameras where she sprayed my plants outside Then today she came back sprayed my plants and also the side of my car. I have it on video called the manager and of course he takes up for her so just be aware of her.!

Don't know if it's normal to charge $170 for 30 seconds of work but it seems like a scam to me. They also never call and tell you their coming they just come into my yard without my knowledge and im not a big fan of that either. We canceled please dont call we won't pay next year.

I'd like to give a decent rating here. But the truth is--I paid $170 for someone to walk around and look at my eves for five minutes. I own a crawl space home and it was too wet to look at during the visit. Now six weeks later, I have called back twice to have a follow-on scheduled and was told that a technician would contact me...nope, nothing. The payment went through but the services we NOT rendered. Pretty disappointed. In the future I'll contact a pest control company that shows up.
