Purcor is the BEST! All of the technicians go above and beyond for your needs especially Tyler. He always does his due diligence for me. He's friendly personable, and gets the job done for all my insect, wasp and pest control needs. Then there is Damien and Stefano who have brought back to a beautiful life all of my bushes and flowers in the garden. My plants and bushes that were infested with fungus and bugs. These Techs knew exactly what to do and took care of it! My garden has never looked so beautiful! I have to mention that I have my termite control with them as well. I've never once had a problem ever with termits. I don't even think about it. Thank goodness! And I have to say, when ever I see something, I call the best, Adman ever, Rachel who get me scheduled for anything I need! She is prompt, efficient, friendly and always on her game. She sends out a Purcor Techs and they're on it! Thank you again PURCOR for taking care of all my garden, termite and pest control and control needs. And for having the best TECHS EVER!!! I wouldn't go anywhere else.!!! You shouldn't either give them a call.

Alex was the one who came to my home and he was very friendly and informative: he explained everything to me, and was very polite. I’d also like to thank the gentleman i spoke with on the phone yesterday when i called, he moved things all around for me to be seen within 24 hours and I am so grateful for the both of them! Thank you for coming out on such short notice and helping me!

UPDATE 12 2 25: after canceling service on November 3rd due to the no-show and complete disrespect for my time, they still took a charge out after canceling on November 3rd. 3 weeks later I was charged $33 and now had to open a dispute with the bank !!! After signing up for service 2 days ago, I was sent an email that a termite inspector would be here between 9:30 and 11:00. I wasted an hour and a half waiting and never got a call, text or an apology. I called customer service and they said the technician would call me. At 2:00 I called again and said no one has called am I still waiting for him to come this afternoon? No one ever showed up and no one ever called. Unbelievable disrespect for a client's time. I am filing a dispute to get my money back

They quickly addressed my pest problem and followed up to make sure everything was taken care of. I appreciate their prompt service and attention to detail. Tyler is my go-to service tech. He is amazing! He recently came to change out my Termite prevention tubes in the yard, to install the newer system. I always am curious about what he does, and he is always willing to explain any system or treatments with me. He is always here when scheduled and is always pleasant. Rachel is my go-to lady here locally that I can contact with any concerns or scheduling requests. She is always helpful and friendly.

Drew came to our house last week to complete an outdoor @ indoor spray and we were thrilled with his work.What a thorough, nice and experienced professional. Purcor is a great company and is fortunate to have such an outstanding employee! Highly recommended

I never have to worry when Damian comes over to take care of our lawn. He is thorough and he knows what he’s doing and he takes his time to treat our yard appropriately and give the yard exactly what it needs. Being from the Midwest we strive on having amazing looking yards and Purcore the place to have those results.
