From the moment they arrived to see the project and give us an estimate, we "felt at home" with Jeff Hagstrom, their sales representative. We showed him what we wanted repaired, he pointed out that some areas were not yet at the point of repair and recommended we wait a couple of years before we had those areas repaired. When their crew (Jake, Aaron and Brian) arrived on time they explained what they were going to do. They finished within the predicted time for the job. As they worked they constantly were cleaning the areas that they worked. They were friendly, respectful and left a very satisfied homeowner. Recommend them without hesitation.

A1 did driveway and front stairs leveling for me. The work looked good until around 2 years later when it dropped and inch or more on my steps. I contacted them to warranty their work and they refused to honor the 3 year warranty citing dry conditions in the area. Their warranty clearly isn’t a true warranty.

What organization would make a wide open hopper of sand portland cement mixture to sand blast all vehicles multiple lanes wide? I mean seriously guys come on now....how about the owners line up their Bentleys so I can dump concrete dust all over it. You guys are absurdly absent minded, thats as nice as I know how to be...grrrrrr

Had our sidewalk raised ) leveled today by A-1 and what a great experience! After contacting them, we were scheduled for an estimate within days. Estimator (Steve) showed up on time and explained the process. Estimate was super and we were scheduled for the work within a week. Communication was great with the front office. Repair team showed up on time and had the job done in a little over an hour. Sidewalk now looks fantastic and perfectly level. With a 3 year warranty you can't ask for better service and commitment to quality. I HIGHLY recommend A-1 for any concrete work or repair. I am 100% satisfied and these days that seldom happens.

The team did a great job leveling my broken front stoop and and stoop /sidewalk that had sunk in the rear of our house. The front stoop needed a follow-up tweak to level it out- A-1 was very responsive and quickly performed the follow-up work. The teams arrived promptly on the scheduled dates, performed the work in a professional manner and cleaned up after the work was completed, I am very happy with the results.
