A-Pro Home Inspection Austin

We’ve used A-Pro Home Inspection twice for General Home Inspection. Jay was thorough. Paid attention to detail and pointed out concerns with us. We were thankful for his expertise and input! Absolutely would use him again!

Jay is an excellent inspector and provided much needed peace of mind about our new build construction. We had him out to check out our house during the pre-drywall phase and he spotted some opportunities for improvement. Our builder has corrected these issues and we feel great about moving forward with the process. We will definitely have him come out again for our next inspection! I would also like to mention that he was extremely responsive and made time to come out on short notice since the builder didn't give us much advanced notice to schedule. Excellent quality at a great price!

Jay did very complete inspection. Checked every outlet, dishwasher cycle, oven temp, a/c cooling temp, water pressure, sprinkler,toilets, sinks, hot water, attic,roof. Explained everything before leaving & issue paper report next day.
