Able Basement and Structural Solutions

This review is long overdue. Last year, Able Basements waterproofed our foundation and fixed some major structural issues. When they say they guarantee customer satisfaction, they truly mean it. This year, we experienced some soil settling, and they came out right away and fixed everything in just couple of days. I didn’t have to call multiple times—they were responsive, professional, and even remembered us from last year. Every team member we’ve worked with ( Dave, Brad, Lexy, Joshua, Vicente, Victor and Evander) has been hardworking and reliable. We’ll definitely continue working with them. In a couple of years, we’re planning to waterproof another side of the house, and I know for sure I won’t be looking anywhere else.

Had the guys come out when I was in the process of buying my house in April. They gave me a quote to fix the small crack formed in my basement. The team talked to me about what the repairs would be and the cost. Needed to have some beams put in to maintain the wall integrity and prevent future movement of the foundation wall in the basement. I had a baby and time got away from me, so I called them back 6 months later. They didn’t change the price and they came out to make the fix. The team was professional and knocked it out in a day. The guys were on time, polite and didn’t mind showing me what all was done and why. Just really high quality people all around. Worth every penny.

Dave and Brad and their team went above and beyond to repair our home after we had significant storm damage. They came out the day of our damage to complete temporary repairs and worked directly with the city to get us back in our home as quickly as possible. They were extremely responsive and made sure we were taken care of. I would certainly use them again and highly recommended them to anyone.
