AC Refrigeration has serviced our air conditioner and heat for around 10 years. They have always been on time, courteous, and are very skilled in the services they provide. We find them to be very trustworthy and look forward to working with them for many years to come.

The service was great. When I called I spoke to Mindy and she was very pleasant and explained everything concerning my warranty and the service they provide. I was very impressed with Mindy and how informative she was. She was able to get somebody out the same day and found that they needed to replace my blower motor and do maintenance. The technician was very friendly and kept me up to date with status and issues along with pictures. Overall I was very satisfied from start to finish.

I’ve been using this company for at least 12 years, started when they were called RideOut. They are one of the best companies I’ve ever dealt with. Always willing to help and are very honest. Their crew is extremely nice and courteous. I always recommend them to anyone that needs help with their HVAC systems.

Kasidy showed up to my grandmother (Sheryl Ziegler) house on Friday afternoon. He was on time and was very respectful and professional. He was very informative and even made sure she understood everything that was wrong and that he had to fix. He gave her a reasonable price and didn't leave until the problem was fixed. She was very happy and will definitely continue using this company in the future. She said she definitely would refer them to all her family and friends.

We were very impressed with the great customer service! Especially the "up to the appointment" msg reminder...Lupe, the service techician, arrived promptly as scheduled. He introduced himself and thoroughly explained what service/ maintenance he was going to perform. Upon completion, Lupe confirmed and again explained what he did. I have used them for several years even with the previous owner. I have several businesses and several rental homes. They’ve always been very thorough on determining what my problem is. They have always been right on time. Never had a scheduling problem. Never had a bad service very accommodating to any of your needs also very knowledgeable and anything you may need I highly recommend them I’ve been in business 55 years I have run into nobody better than them.
