Highly recommend these guys for a home inspection! Dave and his trainees were extraordinarily thorough. Our inspection report was 75 pages with photos of every single item he flagged. They were friendly and professional, set very clear expectations about how things would happen and when we should ask questions, and then took the time to answer each question we had fully. We were treated and spoken to respectfully despite being women, first time home buyers and having a lot of questions. Pricing was fully disclosed up front and did not change from our first call to the finished product. Access to the Home Binder portal is a great added benefit.

Advantage Home Inspection did a great inspection on a condo I was looking at buying. Scheduling was easy, they showed up on time, and the inspection report was formatting in a way that was easy to understand. Price was reasonable for the work done. Definitely recommend.

Hugh with Advantage was fantastic! We’re buying an old house, so there’s always some worry about what you’ll find. Hugh’s report was thorough, he answered all our questions, took great pics of even the farthest corners of the crawlspace & attic, and overall made the whole process super simple.

Cody from advantage home inspection did such a thorough job at a house that I was bidding on. I initially lost the bid, however due to all of the problems revealed in his inspection report, the prospective buyers backed out. This house was flipped twice, did not have any permits and had some serious issues due to shortcuts. I was approached after the buyers backed out and when I saw the inspection results, I declined to pursue as well. However, I was so impressed with the inspection report that I used advantage inspections, as Cody inspected the house I now have under contract. He was extremely thorough, briefed me on the results that day. His report was completed same day at our request, so it would be available the next day for the engineering inspection. The results come through a portal, which is very easy to access via the email link. Years ago, I had a poor experience with another home inspection company, who missed an old oil tank, which had to be remediated, and foundation issues that were easy to spot (pillars being supported with a shim and a broken brick). I’m thankful for the good work Cody did. He saved me a lot of heartache (and money), and in this instance, enabled me to have peace of mind while negotiating the repairs with the sellers.
