Affordable Electric

I've had a decent experience with this company a few years back...late to the job, but still did a good job. Last week I called 3 times someone text me this week saying what is your availability. ..so I call the number...they don't snswer. The following day I text a ? Saying I tried to return the call. I get a text back saying what's your address. I then text back I'd prefer to talk via telephone ...45 minutes later I get another text saying...when can I call you....I have never seen a business handle customers this way. It almost felt like I was texting a kid or something because what professional goes back and forth via text having never spoken with me. Too bad, they did a good job last time I used them for rental properties. I

Called at 11:30 no one showed up. Called back at 3:00 she said she will contact Joe and still no one. It's now 5:48 and I still haven't been contacted or seen anyone. I will never do business with them or recommend them to anyone. Now I have to try to locate an emergency electrician so I can get power on in my house.

I am a landlord who spoke to Joe and requested that he speak to my tenant to schedule an appointment. When I called him back to inquire what date he had set, he had NO IDEA who I was nor did he remember the problem that I was having. He then stated that he might have given it to his technician. I replied, this seems like this may be an issue for you and to forget the appointment. He responded by telling me how many clients he had and then proceeded to tell me to kiss his a**. SMH ...Customer service isn't their strong point here!!!

Poor quality, poor attitude. Acted like they were doing me a favor. Wired unit incorrectly, blew the board on start up, wired battery charger circuit incorrectly, used doorbell wire, instructions called for 14 ga w/ a breaker. There wasn't one. It may be 'affordable' but it's not safe, quality work. Go elsewhere.

I was told my appointment was 9-9:30 so i get there at 8:30. my tenants also had to take time off to be here and thdy never showed. Called twice and they were unapologetic and offered no solution. So if you want to wait almost 2 hours for no one to show this is the company for you.

Awful service. You get what you pay for. Get a reliable company with well trained employees. This guy gets jobs and then hires very questionable, informal people. They made a mess in my property and still had to pay for it. Why they don’t have zero starts here

Pros all the way. Prompt, polite, efficient and no question as to knowledge. Fair rates and returned phone calls...a rarity sometimes today. I would not hesitate to recommend.
