If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible customer service. Did not complete the job and charged $1800 for nothing. Just because you say something over and over does not make it true. No one in their right minds would pay $1800 to not have any water when the job was completed. A reputable business would have a written quote with everything listed before we agreed, nothing was given until we complained then my husband had to sign off on the half way job that was done for $1800. Which is extremely overpriced. I will make sure to let everyone I know how you do business.

Affordable Plumbing was an answer to my prayers. The receptionist was wonderful. Leo explained the repair process wonderfully. Leo's team worked with a high level of professionalism in very hot temperatures to fix all of my plumbing problems. I was very pleased with the work!

I had called Affordable because I thought I had a leak underneath my shower in the master bathroom and they probably came out and did a thorough investigation and gratefully nothing was wrong but then I mentioned my water filter system had been making a gurgling sound and Leo took the initiative to say let me just look at it Long story short it was a disaster under there that I had no idea about and Leo and Cameron took time to examine everything in both situations talk about ways to remedy it and took the extra step and measures to help me personally clean up the mess! They are exceptional ask for them!

What a FANTASTIC experience. I made an emergency call for help with a water leak. To my surprise they arranged to fix the problem the same day I called. Leo was the tech and he was EXCELLENT. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable and actually fixed the problem. Fairhope public utilities would not address the problem. I’ve had 5 water leaks at the meter over several years. It’s cost me over $1500.00 to fix what I thought was an unfixable problem. Not for Leo!!!! He fixed the problem with skill and ingenuity. If you have a problem do yourself a favor and call Affordable Pluming first. They have the answers. Thanks to the office staff for their kindness and efficiency and a BIG thank you to Leo.

Leo from Affordable Plumbing was awesome! He stayed until 9:00pm to make sure he got our grinder pump up and running! Everyone is talked to was super nice and very helpful!

I didn't catch Jay last name but he's a Electrician and was a really cool knowledgeable Professional! I've been impressed with all of Acosta workforce I've come to know, Great Job Everyone!

I am very thankful I called Affordable Plumbing. They were able to help out for a rather urgent water heater replacement. The technician (Leo) was very helpful and very courteous. The options they provided covered my needs, and I look forward to working with them again.
