Having a salesman show up to home with technician to swindle my wife into replacing a less than 6 year old AC unit was a huge red flag. Wasted $49 to get nothing done. Called an honest company out and had it fixed in less than 30 minutes. Hayden (salesman) and Anthony (tech) are not even options on site to leave feedback so I am putting on here. Update: GM Mr. Q reached out and assured he will coach his guys on the situation. Said if I ever need them it will be on them and gave me his direct number. I appreciate the apology and closure. The call is a move in the right direction to restore my confidence and that is why I moved my ratings from previous 1 star.

We have a service package with AirNow. A technician comes out every few months to inspect our system. Each year there is always some service or add on that we are expected to purchase. We had an inspection today and I wasn’t present so the situation became a high pressure sales pitch and attempt to fear monger my wife in purchasing a new unit. Luckily my wife is a very smart lady and kindly to the technician that wasn’t happening. I want Air Now to know that we are in the process of building a new house and we will not be using them as our service provider.

Called AirNow after not hearing from them after submitting my info on their AI chat bot. The lady that answered was able to fit me in same day. Wyatt P was running behind but he always kept me updated, and though it was late when he arrived, he had a smile on his face and was ready to help. He was able to get us back up and running in a very short amount of time. We hope we were his last stop for the night so he could get home to his family. We would recommend AirNow and Wyatt to anyone that needs urgent service on their A/C unit. Thank you for the cool air and the cool tech!

The technician was very professional and courteous. He explained to me everything that he was doing and how the major parts worked. He was very effective and skilled with the repair. He inspected all the a/c vents in my home to insure that the airflow was at the correct reading, and before leaving he checked the system once more to verify that everything is in order. I give AirNow Home Service and an A ++++++++++ Thanks AirNow for providing us with such excellent service!!!!

New air conditioner was purchased from Air Now out of Millbrook by my parents at 108 Greencrest drive. They actually used electrical tape to put air filter in. I had to pull electrical take off filter and inside wall of the unit.

The tech installed the entire system in about two hours! The temps outside are brutal but he had it done in no time. The new system is a 3 ton vs the old 2.5 ton. I With the dehumidifier built in, the house is already cooling and humidity gone. The service techs were professional and skilled. The office staff and owner are wonderful. They took time to listen, explain and answer all my questions. A terrific group of professionals!

Having a plumbing emergency is never good, but on a Sunday night!!! I searched for after hour plumbing and found Air Now. They responded to my call promptly and had a plumber calling and headed my way very promptly! Jesse found the problem and took care of my issues. He kept us informed of what he found and was doing at all times. Very professional. Highly recommend him! So thankful our problem was handled promptly even on a Sunday night. Thank you so much!
