I recently had the pleasure of using Akaya Appliance for my LG and Samsung appliance repair, and I couldn't be happier! My refrigerator decided to stop cooling, and it was a bit of a panic. I called them, and they sent a technician out the very next day. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel at ease during the whole process. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had the necessary parts to fix it right then and there. I was so impressed with how efficient and professional they were. Now, my fridge is working perfectly again! This is not the most helpful photo (forgot to take photos during the diagnostic session), but we had a Samsung microwave that stopped heating. Adam and his team came in and were able to remove the microwave from my cabinets (it’s screwed in), find out what was missing, do live tests, explain that our parts are not broken but just need maintenance, and did maintenance. He also did another test at the end to show that it’s fully working and went thru the steps in the future. We honestly don’t know much about microwave maintenance and got spooked by hearing weird sounds and not seeing our foods heating up. It could be a fire hazard. It was really worth having someone come in to investigate and understand that these things can happen to your microwave. Very fairly priced too! We also called the night before and got an appointment the next day!

Washing machine stopped draining, Adam showed up the next day and had it fixed with a new drain pump in less than an hour. Great took with, fair price, strongly recommended!
