I have been with Akela for 7 1/2 years now and the service is outstanding!!!! Whenever I have a need for an additional service, which is very rare, I've called maybe twice in 7 years, as I have a quarterly service, they will come out and handle my requests. Dillion and Adam came out to do a termite inspection and they were so helpful! Not only did they do a thorough job, but they also took the time to educate me on the signs that termite infestations can leave and what to look for! They were considerate of my budget and made sure to check every nook and cranny (even in the attic!!!) for ways to protect my home from pests and problems! The scheduling staff is always so kind and helpful, and I appreciate them!

It was excellent! He knocked on the front door to ask if there were any concerns, (first time they do that!). Very Pleased with the young man who came over, first time He left me a door knob notice of the work done to the property; Good Work I’m very Pleased and Happy! Thank you!!!!
