A++ Outstanding company and service. Our tech Dan was very knowledgeable, honest, thorough, and personable. I know nothing about garage doors and our current openers are decades old. The company could have easily sold me on expensive repairs if they wanted to. Instead Dan diagnosed small, inexpensive repairs. He got everything working again like it was brand new. The cost was very reasonable. Dan went above and beyond and programmed my new car to open the remotes. I wish every home repair went as well as this one did.

Alert Door is the best!! 5 different companies told me my garage door needed to be replaced (for way more than I could afford). Then Chris with Alert Door came out and told me it could be repaired within my budget. He was so knowledgeable that he walked right up to the door and said "these panels are still in production, so we can order more." When the repair was completed, it looks great and now works even better than it did when I bought the house years ago. Everyone that I interacted with at the company was really friendly too. Amazing experience.

The team of Alert Door & Operator Co did an amazing job for me at a time of need! It started with the warm and friendly welcome I got from the receptionist that hear my issue of a broken spring, got me on the schedule same day and helped me get a call ahead of time as I was working. Then Dan was able to get a new spring on, recalibrated my opener and made sure everything was working in tip top shop. And the price was great too! The team there is so helpful and so kind I highly recommend them for any garage door needs!!

If I could give Alert Door 10 stars, I would!! Fast, super friendly and most important: quality service!!! My garage door was making noise, Dan came out (who is extremely knowledgeable), replaced the spring, oiled, and inspected the entire system. Balanced the door and ensured the height was correct. Amazing, quality service!

Alert Door was so very helpful to address our broken garage door equipment. In our case, a pulley had been completely destroyed and the cable was off track. Another cable was frayed. I contacted Action Door and was quickly added to their schedule. They had the new equipment installed within an hour of arrival and took the time to inspect and maintain other aspects of our garage doors, including greasing the other door pulleys and openers. I never knew my garage door could be so quiet! I'll use Alert Door for all of my garage door needs in the future!
