Quick with a call back, terrific with the follow through, helpful with explanations and advice to keep our washing machine in working order - Vadym of All Brand Appliance was a welcome breath of fresh air. His quote for service was reasonable and he stayed within the quote and timeframe first noted - there were no surprises. I highly recommend Vadym for an appliance repair - and will not hesitate to call him again for a repair job.

Vadim is extremely knowledgeable and very professional and thorough in his work. For a plumbing issue related to my dishwasher, I had called two other plumbers who could not fix the issue. And when Vadim came in, he explained to me in detail what might be going on and fixed the issue and was also gracious in following up after I contacted him with questions later. And his fix worked very well

Vadym repaired both our dryer and washing machine within a couple of weeks. He responded quickly to messages and set up appointments right away. He explained what needed to be done clearly, and charged fairly ($365 for the washing machine). He left the area around the appliances very clean, and now both work perfectly again. We wouldn’t hesitate to call him again.

Our freezer was cold but not freezing, so we called All Appliance for help. Vadym was incredibly friendly and honest — he walked us through some simple troubleshooting over the phone instead of pushing for a service call. His advice fixed the issue completely, and it didn’t cost us anything! We’re so grateful for his honesty and professionalism. HIGHLY recommend!

All Appliance was so responsive and came right away to diagnose my washer problem. The part was ordered and they took the time to install it as soon as the part came (in which was 5pm the day before Thanksgiving!) What dedication and service! Communication was excellent and we are pleased to have our washer back in service and repaired so quickly. They are knowledgeable, efficient and very neat in their work. I highly recommend them.
