This was my first experience with bed bugs, so, of course, was quite anxious about (especially since I have a particularly strong allergic response to the bites). But from the moment I called, Luis immediately had the supportive energy "We've got your back!" He carefully explained how the Aprehend treatment functions and what to expect in terms of timeline. From there, I was lucky enough that his colleague, Danny, was able to come that same day. And also was extremely kind and supportive...knowing there's an emotional component to finding out your home has bed bugs. He also explained the Aprehend timeline and expectations very clearly...and was very respectful of my apartment while applying the treatment. I'm happy to say that after a month of the treatment I have only been bit once...and it's looking very positive that I'm in the clear. But even then...Luis reassured me that he's there to help should anything change (thought hopefully it doesn't [knock on wood]) So, another thank you and shout out to Luis and Danny!
