From the beginning to the end, Amazing did a great job! They showed up when they said they would, they did the job that we requested which in our case was to install 4 ductless AC/heat systems into our very old house. For years we have relied on window units to cool our home. Now, with a touch of a button, we have instant QUIET AC! Overall, a great experience. Overall a great experience. Had a new dual-fuel high efficiency Lennox system installed. There were two minor hiccups with installation, but both issues were quickly fixed. Mark was excellent with communication throughout the entire process. The company’s prompt follow up to the two minor installation issues makes me very confident that they fully stand by their work.

Amazing is great! I had an AC issue this summer and a heat issue this week. I called them after hours and they sent out a tech next day both times. Both guys were really nice and helpful. They take pictures of everything and explain clearly. The guy who came to diagnose my heater fixed it immediately!

The service was outstanding. The two technicians were nice, polite, and very knowledgeable. They were very neat and clean and removed everything with so much ease. Also, they explained everything. They also showed me how to program my thermostat to my phone since lam an old lady not good with computers. They stayed until I understood and didn't seem to mind. He showed real respect for my home—put on boot covers, brought his own chair, and was careful with my furniture and floors. He was exceptionally polite, kind, and professional throughout the entire visit. He took time to explain everything in detail and didn’t rush through a single thing. He even offered to speak directly with our apartment maintenance team since our HVAC system is really old and hasn’t been replaced yet due to budget constraints. Despite that, he made sure it was running at peak performance for its age and gave me great tips to keep it that way. You can tell this company truly lives up to its name—Amazing. Their owner says he has "the best people," and after this experience, I completely agree. I’ll definitely be using them again for all my heating and cooling needs and highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, caring, and top-notch service.

Had a fantastic experience with Joe Jackson for installing a new water heater. Our consultation was scheduled at a time convenient for me. Received promised text with picture ahead of time. Really liked that security feature. Price was reasonable. Scheduling installation was again great as he could work around my scheduling needs. Arrived 5 minutes early. Explained job. Explained features. Was neat and tidy. He had a 2nd person help, Dan, who was also delightful. Overall, extremely pleased with entire experience.

After a conversation with Mike, I am confident that this is not the norm for the company. I will keep you in mind if I am ever in need of another service. I really appreciate the sincerity with a follow up phone call. I tried to give you my business. I have made 5 calls to amazing, starting 11/13. 5 different people took my name, number, address, and zip code. Not a single return call. Thought I had an appointment on 11/14. Tried calling to confirm it and was told there was no log of me calling. Was actually told that maybe I had called a different place the day before and was told that I couldn't have called amazing because there is no man who would have answered my call in the office. Almost hung up, but I really needed a second opinion on my non-working heat pump as well as estimate for new unit. Was finally given an appt date. First available was Monday 11/17, although she said twice it would be that afternoon (fri) was also told there would be a 90$ charge. On your web page it clearly says free 2nd opinion and free estimates. Again, I needed it done. She tells me then that I won't be charged. Since no one came Friday, i assumed she really did mean monday, but I wanted to confirm, so I called Friday afternoon and was told they did not have access to that information and took my name and number, said someone would call me. I called Saturday trying to confirm an appt that might be for mon. Again, the person did not have access to that information. Took my name and number and again said someone would call me to confirm. Here it is Monday and I call to find out if someone is coming out. The person who answered did not know, but would take my name and number and mark it to call ASAP to let me know. In those 4 days, two other companies came out and gave me estimates. I went with someone else else. I was 100% surprised at 3 pm today when a tech called and said he was running about 8 minutes behind. I told him he didnt need to come out. How difficult is it to make and confirm an appointment. The one star is for the lack of communication
