Pedro with AMC services is awesome. This is the second time he's come out, and I found him just as honest and knowledgeable as before. He was very hardworking and got to the source of the problem. The price was more than fair for the amount of time he spent trying to diagnose the issue. He did a thorough job and contacted the necessary people to figure out what was going on. I will definitely continue to use AMC services in all my future heating and air repairs.

Outstanding!!! I noticed my AC wasn’t cooling last night and did some troubleshooting on my own. No luck so, at 5AM this (Friday) morning, I started calling repair companies. Let me save you some trouble (first 4 I called all let me down)… just call AMC Services! At 5:30AM, I spoke to a real person who had the real-time scheduling info to actually book me a same-day appointment for the window of 11AM-3PM, on the spot. At 11AM I get a message that Pedro is on his way and will be here in… 5 minutes! Pedro arrived, inquired about the issue and got to work. Very personable, professional and knowledgeable. He checked the warranty status of my AC unit, and it was out, but that would have just been a bonus as I hadn’t even thought about that possibility. He opened the outdoor unit cover, immediately saw the blown start capacitor, replaced it, checked the coolant and made sure everything else looked OK. He also answered several of my questions about the AC system. Now I’m writing this review sitting in my refreshingly cool house! AMC Services was outstanding all around and has earned my future business. Thanks!

We had an experience Friday that knocked out our compressors- both of them at our home - it was 77 and 81 at 10:00am in the morning. I called AMC and they had Pedro at our home within 2 hours! We’ve bought both of our units from them and have for close to 10 years. They are exceptional and had us back up within a couple of hours. Best in the business.

I just had a Mitsubishi mini split installed by Daniel and Brodie. They were very particular about how everything was installed. The guys cleaned up inside and outside the house and made sure everything was clean. Perfect installation and to my satisfaction. Elizabeth was excellent in answering all my questions and getting a quote. She also kept me apprised as to when technicians and installers would be at the property and a 2 hour window in which they kept. Very pleased with the whole process.

We called the office in AUGUST! and got same day service. We received a 3 hr service window and they were on the front end of that window. I received a text and email with a picture of who was coming and how long they had been with the company. Mario showed me what needed to be done and why and didn't try to sell me something that I didn't need! He completed his task and was on his way. A 5 star experience all the way. I highly recommend these folks.

It never fails to happen! A/C goes out on the weekend. Usually a holiday weekend too! Our 13 year old thermostat finally bit the dust Saturday night. We thought we would call AMC and be put on a call back list for Monday morning. They actually called us on Sunday as they had a tech - Pedro - in the area! Wow!!! What company would ever do something so considerate? We got the thermostat replaced and actually requested to have our other (13 year old) thermostat replaced. Pedro is the best out there. Great service - very fair price. We are so so pleased with this company! AMC is the best!!!

Amazing! Pedro came out in the same day and fixed my mini-split. I feel I can really trust him and this company. Would highly recommend. Everything runs beautifully now.
