I honestly can't say enough good things about American Roofing Company. My experience, from start to finish, has been stellar and I can't thank Jordon Souza and his team enough for this. I've never had to work with my insurance on anything more than light property damage in the past, so this process was fairly unfamiliar to me. However, Jordon worked tirelessly to explain every step of the process and made sure this was an exceedingly positive experience. I've already recommended ARC to numerous friends/neighbors, since finding a quality company to work with can be the most daunting part of one of the most expensive costs to owning a home. Highly professional and excellent customer service! Thank you, Jordon!!! You and your team exceeded my family's expectations and turned one of the most stressful types of home repairs into something that was basically stress-free!

From Brian Moss to Josh Higgins to Rachel, Megan and Courtney in Corporate, we have a had a very positive experience. Brian put us first and came to us on our job site same day. From there Josh took over, with all the unseen structure issues that were found once the shingles came off , Josh and his team did everything they could to keep our costs down without compromising the integrity of the entire roof from beams to shingles and the reputation of American Roofing. . The corporate team were great with staying in touch to be sure all was going as scheduled. Thank You American Roofing!

The salesman forgot to tell the installers to remove the AT&T satellite dish prior to the new roof being placed. I had to call back afterwards to have him to get the workers to remove it. Also, immediately afterwards there was now a dripping spot (on our front porch that drips on our head after every rain)! We never had that problem before…..That was a few years ago and it is was not fixed- even after speaking with the owner of the company. Disappointed!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Glenn and the crew @ American Roofing Company, and the experience was truly incredible. The crew was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. The work was done quickly and with extreme precision and attention to detail. Every step of the process was clearly explained to us and our expectations were exceeded. In addition, they went above and beyond to make sure our property was left untouched and undamaged. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of a new roof or any roofing services.

Back in July, I had three men knock on my door and offer to look at my roof . They went up, told me they would have no problem getting my insurance company to cover the repairs to my roof. We made a claim, and the adjuster only offered to cover it due to one slop of my roof being undamaged. But with TN being a match state, these roofers were insistent on them being able to get the roof replaced in full. All they had to do was send off one shingle to be scanned. Well 2 months went by, and every time I called one, they would say "Oh the other guy took a shingle, let me call and see if he sent it" and then a week would go by before I heard anything, and called back and got the same response. So eventually I would call and they wouldn't even pick up. So I just reached out to another company, the new contractor went up on my roof to check it out, and he comes down and tells me, there is damage on the "undamaged" slope, you just had to look for it. But so much time went by, my insurance company wanted to have a second claim and blamed it on high wind dates since the original claim two months prior, and have me pay my deductible twice. Thankfully my new contractor stepped up and got them to back down from that, and I am getting my new roof. For all I know they may do a great job putting a new roof on, but from my experience their salesmen and staff are just terrible/lazy. If John Milligan or Jack Parrot knock on your door, just close it. Because they will only do the easy part, but they'll drag their feet for so long, that it may end up costing you.

I have nothing but great things to say about American Roofing Company. Doug dealt with the insurance company for me and got them to cover most of the cost. He and Madison were also really helpful with how inexperienced I was with home repairs (then even quoted less than what the insurance company adjuster said was the going rate). They were also understanding of my crazy work schedule including my need to always text instead of call. Even in the middle of the night! (Sorry!) Then on the day of install the crew was punctual, fast, respectful, and my new roof looks awesome. Nash followed up and double checked everything, including the yard and driveway for any nails that were missed. I appreciate them thoroughly checking with a magnet to make sure my dogs feet and my tires are safe. I doubt I will need a new roof anytime in the foreseeable future, but if I did I would definitely use them again.

I couldn't be happier with service from Glenn, Mike & Travis. They made this whole ordeal smooth, and anxiety free. They are HONEST and really have their customers' best interest in mind. USE THIS COMPANY. If you've never gone through filing a claim with your insurance company for roof damage... it's a real pain in the neck. There's a lot to know and learn. This company is patient, helpful, insightful, and willing to take their time to make sure you understand all the steps from start to finish. Seriously, this is a great company that does great work. And they excel at customer service.
