Adam Piotrowski did such an amazing job advocating for us with our insurance company! The roofing crew was a well oiled machine! It was amazing to see them work. They were also so polite and helpful! I can’t recommend American Roofing Company enough!

My roof in Hidden Lakes subdivision was damaged in a March 2025 storm. Jeremy Geisel and Chris Manley were expert in roofing issues advocated for my roof to be replaced providing a detailed evaluation of the issues around the old roof Tamco shingles, despite only an partial repair approved initially, they remained committed to get the full replacement approved . They did. The size and steepness of the roof replacement caused it to be a two day job and the team led by Jason Brown was very thorough and knowledgeable about my homes unique needs. His team did back breaking work in the worst temperatures to install a first rate roof, and now I have peace of mind. They cleaned my yard and caused no damage to any of my property. I highly recommend American Roofing!! You cannot find a better more excellent company..

I have greatly enjoyed working with Bryce Young on a number of roofing projects. He is very professional and always trying to help in whatever way he believes is in the customers' best interest. I've noticed that he also invests a lot of time educating his clients on roofing as it relates to their specific situation. Top Notch Service; I highly recommend!

My husband and I are new homeowners and were very excited moving into our first house, but we quickly learned that homeowning means home projects, some we did on our own and some we paid other folks to take care of, but getting our roof replaced was a 7 month process (because of our insurance) and I'm confident that we wouldn't have a new roof today if we would've went with any other roofing company. We initially talked to different roofers and got a few quotes, which was good to learn different folks' processes and what they would cover, but we ultimately went with American Roofing Company for a number of reasons. First, they were knowledgeable of the process of working with our insurance and were present for the very first phone call but, more impressively, they stayed in contact with our insurance throughout the 7 month long process, as our insurance did not initially accept our claim so ARC had to submit additional information, which lead our insurance to finally accept the claim 4 months in. Then ARC took care of submitting a secondary claim for the decking, which lead to us eventually receiving another check from insurance to cover that. Secondly and what we're most grateful for, Michael stayed in contact with us throughout the entire 7 months, answering any and all questions, keeping us updated on progress on their end, following up when needed, and just generally seemed to have our best interest in mind. When we finally received both checks from insurance, it was only a couple weeks before the roofers were here putting on our beautiful, hunter green roof! I don't think we'll ever totally know what lengths Michael and ARC went to to get us our new roof, but we are very grateful and, while we were very nervous to make such a big investment, American Roofing Company made it as painless as possible (:

We recently had our roof replaced by American Roofing Company in Chattanooga TN. The entire process was made seamless. It started with a call to Adam Piotrowski, he came out the same day and inspected our roof, he even came back and joined our insurance adjuster during his visit to be sure nothing was overlooked. The installation team also did a great job installing and their clean up was wonderful too. I would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.

First, I would like to thank & commend Mr. Myles Penney (a very friendly, handsome, professional, & persistent young man) for knocking on my front door and getting me to listen to what he had to say. (I normally don’t open my door to any strangers) I kept telling Mr. Myles Penney that I have no money to put a roof on my home at this time. He said not to worry because my insurance company will put on the new roof. I believed him because he was very dedicated to my claim. However, It took approximately three months to get the claim completed because my insurance company wanted to do whatever was cheaper for them & just fix the roof. I began to become very frustrated & ready to give up, but Mr. Myles Penney continued to encourage & assure me that American Home Roofing Co will get me a new roof. On Thursday; August 05, 2021, American Home Roofing came out and put a brand new roof on my home. Yes, they did and in one day! Mr. Myles Penney kept his word from the beginning, and he never gave up on the fight to get a new roof for my home! I was given such a blessing; "Mr. Myles Penney."

Charles and Jason were AMAZING!!! They were both very professional, and responded quickly any time I contacted them. They worked with my insurance company, and Jason even met the insurance adjuster when he came for the inspection. The entire process was seamless, and my new roof looks GREAT!!!
