Anderson Door

Look at all those safety violations! Heavy pallets just stacked on top of one another that are not sturdy whatsoever! And to top it off I’d say it’s safe to assume none of the forklift operators have the proper training or certification!

I recommend that you do not purchase a Anderson Garage door. Complete junk and if you try to get them to warranty their junk you’re out of luck because they won’t. They will tell you it’s your fault that the door has failed. Had a Anderson door installed on a new build in 2018. The door always made noise going up and down. Now 2023 as the door was opening the center hinge broke between the third and fourth panel causing the door to collapse down the center of the three top panels because they only use three struts on a 18’ wide door and don’t include one on the third panel which is an area that needs it the most. The rep for Anderson says that looking at the pictures we (the homeowner) must have had something in the way when closing it. What an idiot because if something was in the way wouldn’t the lower panel have a dent in it? Now we have to spend over $2k to get another door installed and you better believe it won’t be an Anderson after finding out they don’t warranty their products.

Over the last few years I've used Anderson Door for hundreds of projects... They are easy to work with and in the few RARE instances something was wrong with my order.. They quickly made it right without arguing or fighting. Highly recommended!

My story begins in December 2020, when I purchased a Anderson 4000 series storm door. 14 months and 3 doors later Anderson has still not gotten it right. This time the scree insert fits but the storm door does not. My advice to anyone who cares to read, look elsewhere.
