From their office staff, to the actual installation, it was flawless. Great communication, super professional and high quality work. Wanted to charge $198.00/door to just come & provide estimate to adjust several newly hung interior doors. If their callout service charge is $198/door, I could only imagine what their quote would be! And it took 3 days to get the callback for the callout charge.

From my first phone call to the end of the job, the staff at Angelo & Sons were great. Anytime I had a question they would get back to me with an answer right away. Even when my building didn't want to cooperate with the original install plan, the crew came up with a solution so the project was completed on time. So thankful to Angelo and his staff, they made my job so easy.

I had a six-panel entry door and a storm door installed by this company for a total cost of $3486.16. Everything was great! The cost included a 1-year warranty, or so I thought. The storm door closer began lifting the side jamb, it initially started with a tiny crack left on the side jamb during the installation. When I noticed the crack was beginning to grow and the jamb was lifting we screwed the jamb down hoping this would keep from further lifting and it did but instead the closer completely ripped out. I reached out to them thinking it would be a simple side jamb replacement and since it was caused by the storm door closer it would be covered under the warranty. I spoke to Angela, who was rude and refused to help. She claimed to be one of the installers and that the damage was caused by us screwing the jamb down and/or the wind… Extremely disappointed, I paid close to $3500.00, the initial crack where the storm door closer was placed is what caused the damage. As you can see in the picture. They do not honor their warranty or care for their customers. SAD

Angelo & Sons were excellent to work with in replacing our back door. Very fair pricing, they were able to get a door much quicker than several other companies we quoted, and they did a great job in replacing the framing and installing the new door. Excellent communication and super nice people to do business with.
