Adam did an excellent job for us repairing our kitchen sink. It was so good that we requested that he tackle another project for us. He did and his work was terrific. Adam takes time to explain what he is doing and why. Then he fixes it quickly. He is a true professional and a real gentleman. We're very pleased that we found AP Plumbing and Adam.

This company has an obvious commitment to customer service and satisfaction and was a pleasure to do business with. I had several needs which were addressed efficiently, including replacement of old basement water supply shut-offs to my kitchen, installation of a new kitchen faucet as well as an under sink vent to correct slow drainage issues, and fixing a leak from one of the hot water tank lines. Friendly, courteous, and thorough...I will not hesitate to use them again!

This is the first plumbing company that I called. They returned my call within 5 minutes. They came the next day early in the morning which was great even though it wasn't a rush. They did the job very professionally and the price was less than I expected. Five stars review is to small. Hopefully I will not need a plumbing contractor again but if I do I will be calling them for sure.

The best part was that they told you upfront what the service would cost and if they couldn’t repair it he would only charge a maintenance fee Came to inspect leak in first floor ceiling and clogged tub at other end of house. Immediately pointed out problem with leak and suggested reasonable ways to repair. Spent a good amount of time snaking the tub and even going through the bathroom sink. Would not charge me for repair since tub was gurgling a little but tub was actually draining fine and still is. Tommy fixed clog as best he could and told me i need to replace pipes (house was built in 1940). He charged only a maintenance fee instead of full price for snaking. He gave me a free quote for future repair if i am interested in changing the pipes. Overall very great experience. Very straightforward and responsible service. Hard working honest and would highly recommend.

I would recommend AP Plumbing to all of CNY. I had the absolute best experience working with John Messick and Peter Dayton. John went above and beyond for my husband and I with doing a gas line repair on a home we wanted to purchase prior to signing the closing paperwork. He was able to get the repair done so that I could have the peace of mind of a working gas line and close on time on the home per our contract. John sent Peter Dayton over to complete a hot water tank install, re-run new water lines and get my gas dryer hooked up after we closed on the house. Both John and Pete were on time, kind, efficient and professional. I cannot thank this company enough for providing skilled workers who really took their time to get the job done right.

Not only was Tommy friendly (and as a woman home alone, I felt very safe), but he was quick! I already had a new faucet at the ready and he not only installed it, but put our things back under the sink when he was done. Very helpful. Would absolutely recommend and call again. This is my second or third time using AP Plumbing and every person who's come out has been great.
