Nate has an extensive grasp of how underground plumbing works. He is knowledgeable, meticulous, and professional. His piping is a work of art. He fixed a slab leak that another company completely miss diagnosed. Despite that the Leak Detector was off by 5' forcing Nate to cautiously explore under 2 extra rooms before he found the its source. (It was a tricky one due to questionable building practices.) Nate's expertise shone. Not only did he fix it, he made our water connection better as well. Nate and his sidekick, Dillon, were extremely helpful and especially courteous about my health issues while explaining in detail the what, why, and how of the problem completely to my plumbing novice husband, answering his every question. I highly recommend him, the company who has the good sense to employ him, as well as the Apollo Home team. From our first conversation, to make an emergency appointment, to the person who caught my frantic after hours call who made sure the crew would bring a inside sheltering tent for our 8 am jackhammer date, to the young man who priced our job as fairly as he could, to my hero, Nate - all of them seem to make a habit of going above and beyond what one would expect in service. Apollo Home has a new lifelong customer!

Outstanding! Crew arrived with friendly comfortable demeanor. We talked-about job, which he verified all aspects of job. The team measured, drew up map for placement. Anytime a question came up. He addressed me with great follow up before moving forward. Team worked separately, and together between floors. All work was verified with his explanationed. Thank you. Austin and Colin were great. Austin was very pleasant and explained everything that was going on for the day. My wife was comfortable, which is very important, since I was going to work. I got to know him a little bit by discussing the Army, in which we both served. The clean up was great and they did great prep work before I left for work. I also called when they had finished. My wife had me on speaker, and she was very happy about the clean up. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. Thank you Apollo for sending both Austin and Colin to address our needs. Robert Stamper fixed my HVAC and did a great job. He found the problem fast and explained it in a way I could understand. He was friendly and respectful. He only fixed what was needed and did not try to sell me extra stuff. My system works great now and the price was fair.

Ian Hart is the best electrician we have ever had come out to our house! He is very friendly and knowledgeable. He also taught me about the electrical panel and the GFIs. He helped us work toward a solution for a light fixture controlled by 3 switches in 3 locations (which is very confusing to homeowners). He made it simple to understand ! His demeanor is extremely helpful and we would love to have him come out again .

My husband and I had a new water heater installed after ours broke, and was leaking. It was replaced, but the wire was not long enough to reach, so instead of adding an electrical box, they just used tape. It was also missing a fitting. When we tried to get them to come out, they sent a plumber, even though I said on the phone it was the electrical work. They then said they would CHARGE us to fix the work they originally did. Super frustrating especially when we paid $3400!!!!! Avoid.

Apollo replaced our aged and dangerous heater and defunct A/C unit quickly & professionally. Their bid was competitive and they offered a strong warranty and financing to sweeten the deal. I highly recommend them.
