Horrible experiance. Ordered $65 oven part and paid $51 for 2 day shipping. About a week goes by and I reach out to see where my item was. They made an error and sent to wrong address. No problem. I just asked for the 2 day shipping to be refunded. They proceeded to tell me I recieved 2 day shipping. I said I hadn't because I ordered this part over a week ago. The only way I can get refunded was to cancel order and I replied will do. I never stated that I wanted the item returned. I then went to order the part again, believing we had miscommunication. I waited 2 weeks for normal shipping time for it to arrive only to get a refund 2 weeks later again that I hadn't asked for. 4 weeks no oven really sucks with a family. Do not reccomend.

They were friendly and patient. Helped us find the part to the refrigerator we needed and it was a great price!

This place is great. I have been on two separate occasions for inexpensive parts. I was treated kindly and offered tips for the repair on BOTH occasions. The lady behind the counter tested my fuse, which was a relief as I am not a professional, I was glad to have a second opinion. I thought the prices were fair and the staff knowledgeable. I read some of the reviews and I think the bad rating is not justified. This is a great small business, the people in the area benefit from having access to the goods they offer. Some people are just a little too soft these days and need to be treated like a toddler at every interaction. This place deserves 5 stars.

I was very worried that my experience would be poor after reading many negative reviews. I was wrong. They were very kind, honest, and efficient. Their prices are competitive and fair. I can see where some of the negative reviews may have happened because of mistaking a lack of outgoing southern charm for good service. But the two are not synonymous. The employees were direct, kind, and honest. These qualities are more important for a business than an any sort of charisma. So if you are the fence based on the negative reviews, don't be! They are great!

I had a dryer drum roller go bad. I searched high and low trying to find a replacement for a reasonable price online. I’d find a cheap ($10) but then they want $15+ for shipping. I’ve seen this store for years and never had a need to go inside. I read the reviews and know that people all have good and bad days, that’s life. I went in regardless of the bad and checked for the part. The owner was straight and to the point. He asked if it was for a LG and I said yes and showed him the bad wheel. He got the part and asked again if I was sure it was LG. I replied that it was. $14.99+tax and I was over the moon happy. The part was perfect and the dryer is quiet again. I’ll be using them again when I get an appliance part. Please read the reviews for all businesses before you shop, but remember we’ve all had good and bad days. I for one was happy with my experience. Thank you.

If I could give ZERO stars I would! Called to see if they had a replacement cord for a window unit and waited on hold for 2 minutes after being asked to hold. (No problem). Then lady asked for model number on AC unit and couldn’t give me 30 seconds to find it! She said call back when I find it and hung up in my face the moment I located it!

I will never go back there again. These rude people are very unappreciative and rude to there customers. They always ready to get out the door. There ratings is horrible. I am giving them a big fat ZERO. If everyone reads there ratings you will find how poor of a business person they really are. I guess it dose help to read ratings before you buy. I will be doing this from now own. GET OUT OF BUSINESS YOU SHOULD NOT EVEN BE ALLOWED TO RUN A BUSINESS OF ANY KIND WITH YOUR ATTITUDE PERIOD.
