Worst service ever the technician showed up did not introduce himself and demanded payment immediately before doing any work or looking at the refrigerator. We prevent presented him with a check. He refused the check demanded a credit card. We told him we paid him. He closed the refrigerator and walked started walking out the door. He said he was going to report that we refused service and that we did not pay when we We have repeatedly asked that Sears does not provide the service. We have had nothing but problems with them in the past, and this technician was one of the person that we’ve had problems with in the past.

Technician was excellent! Quick, efficient, knowledgeable. He talked me through everything he did and left a clean kitchen behind him. I recommend him highly. Repair was pricey, so I hope he was well-compensated. Autobot scheduling and customer contact interface was less pleasing. My tech ordered necessary parts after diagnosis and scheduled a return visit to install for a few days later. I arranged a half day off work to accommodate. The part arrived Sunday before the return date on Tuesday. Tuesday, I got an auto-email claiming there was no way the part would arrive in time for the return appointment, so they automatically rescheduled for a week later. Since I knew the part was sitting on my table, I rescheduled for an earlier date. AGAIN, they auto-rescheduled me because there was no way the part would be here in time. I gave up and just changed my half day off. There's no easy way to contact a person. Except for the techs, it seems as though everything is AI or automated. Bottom line: Fridge is finally fixed. Tech was outstanding twice. Scheduling and customer support at corporate level is lacking.

Paid for nothing! Technician came out, supposedly ordered the parts and said he would come out in a week to complete the repair. I received a call the morning the repair was to take place asking if I had received the parts because he had not. I was never told that parts were being shipped to me, nor was I provided any tracking information. The tech did not know if the parts were being shipped to me or to him and also had no tracking information. He told me "There's nothing I can do," and told me to call the customer service number. The customer service line WILL NOT connect you to a human and all it could tell me is, there are no part orders associated with my repair. I still have a broken dryer after spending good money to have it repaired. I wish I had researched Sears before beginning this process as there are countless reports of similar experiences.

The guy came into my house not even the right technician did not know anything about my dryer and said to call someone else that could fix it. Why send someone that cannot even do a simple diagnostic and then call the right person out. I have know idea. So he said call back and try again.

The Tech was Karen and she was very professional and courteous. The tech assigned to this repair never showed up so she had to step in. It took 3 Rescheduling before Karen was assigned, and she was great. We never heard from the original tech, all he did was reschedule till I complained to Lowe's. I was told that he knocked on the door, why not use the doorbell? He was never here because I was up and waiting for this genius waiting for the service call. I really appreciate Karen and employees that do their job and not those that bullshit instead of doing their job. Feel free to contact me if you like. I am dissatisfied with the original tech, but Karen came through, THANK YOU KAREN...

Won't use again. Was given a time for arrival between 8-12, but was called at 10:45 to tell me time changed to noon and 2 pm and that they take credit card and cash. Didnt ask me, told me. Seemed indifferent to my needs, but ok. Arrived at 2. Reason for visit was to check washing machine because it seemed loud. Tech didn't find anything contributing to noise except maybe high water pressure. Did point out soap dispenser leaking, probably because water turned to high but didn't try to lower it to test theory. I tried to lower water pressure from outside valve, but no luck and instead he suggested I lower it from behind the washer. Me? Sooooo, l asked if he could just lower it but he had already put the washer back and he said he could tell me how much it would be for him to lower it. Way overpriced to get advice for cleaning washer and on top of that to pay for him to turn a knob so the water doesn't leak through dispenser. To tell ME to climb behind the washer and turn the water down when he easily could've done so, was pretty poor customer service, plus the whole rescheduled phone call that only focused on what payment types they accept, and not the additional hrs I needed to wait, warrants this type of review score.

Technician never showed up was supposed to pick up part never showed up. It’s been eight weeks horrible service. Sears has been screwing with me for two months and still has not fixed the washer. Technician say they show up and they don’t. This is the second time.
