Amarillo Appliance Repair Experts

Tried to call them to set up new business with them, was on hold for 10 minutes then got hung up on.

Not sure if it was Tom I spoke with but he was a taller man. I came to the store urgently needing a replacement for my dryer door strike, a small part that ALL the appliance stores in Amarillo could not provide me. He quickly found me my replacement and was willing to give it to me for FREE! After such kindness the least I could do is ask anyone with appliance needs to please consider supporting this man’s business!

I bought all my appliances (gas range, refrigerator and washer/dryer) almost two years ago and they are still running great!!! I recommend him all the time. Thank you sir for taking care of me

Needed a new garage fridge. They didn’t try to sell me something I did not need. We bought a dryer from them last year and it has been great.

Best people I’ve ever dealt with. Honest to a fault, so much so that Tom made no profit from us. The first machine we bought did not spin well and these guys picked it up and replaced it with a nicer unit. Outstanding. Please go there.

This PRO is an absolute legend! Realized my fridge was busted at about 4:30 in the afternoon on a Saturday. A SATURDAY?! What to do? Called the guy, and less than an hour later... Fridge saved! Fair price! Friendly service! By 5:15 PM, Tom had my fridge working again. I'll reiterate: ON A SATURDAY EVENING. Less than an hour after I realized the thing busted. Honestly - With Tom's prices, professional demeanor, and prompt, personable service - I'm not sure how the guy stays in business. He's a rare jewel. For real.

We got a great matching washer and dryer set for a great price! The delivery was on time and very quick. The set looks almost brand new. We will be recommending Toms to our friends. Thank you Tom!
