F.H. Furr Plumbing, Heating Air Conditioning & Electrical

What a fantastic job by Malcolm! He arrived on time, was incredibly professional and efficient, and fixed my issues quickly. He was also very knowledgeable and patiently answered all my questions. I would highly recommend this service because of him.

Jeffrey did an excellent job completing the service at my home. The whole installation process was smooth and efficient from start to finish. He arrived on time, worked steadily, and had everything done in a very reasonable timeframe. The new HVAC system and thermostat were installed perfectly, and he also changed out my filters and made sure I knew exactly how to use the new setup before leaving. What I really appreciated most is how clean and respectful he was of my home. You can barely tell anyone was even working here — everything was left spotless. Overall, Jeffrey provided outstanding service and made the entire experience stress-free. I’m extremely satisfied.

Tuesday, 12/2/25, Danny Shapiro came to do our HVAC 6 month checkup. Danny did a fantastic job and was very professional and businesslike. Danny discovered on inspection of our upstairs (16 year old system) that it had seen better days. Danny has had extensive training and was able to present and quote a price on 4 different ways we could choose for a new system. We did not have to wait for a sales person or someone to take care of our immediate need. What a great convenience and time saving blessing. Bottom line / Danny was able to arrange for our new install for today 12/3/25. The FH Furr install crew is here as I complete this review and are hard at their job right now. Danny was able to provide a one stop shop for us and answer all our questions and concerns. What a great thing to have when it's 36 degrees outside.

After spending weeks trying to connect with a local electrician, I gave up and called the bug guns: FH FURR. They came out in just a few days, walked the property with me, collaborated with the plumbing division, and did an overall outstanding job. Austin Hylton was so courteous - even to my dog - and had great ideas about how to do things most efficiently and what options I had. This is a working horse farm so the electrical fittings get heavy use. Glad I have the right people to do it!

Christopher at F.H. Furr Plumbing did a great job with our master bathroom shower and sink repair and installation. Very professional and meticulous. Friendly and careful. Would use again.

I noticed an abnormal sound this morning coming from the heat pump, called in to FH Furr assuming I’d be placed on their schedule later this week. However, the dispatch supervisor put me on the list for same-day. Technician Timothy came around dinner time and was thorough with his diagnosis and inspection. Pointed out the cause for the sound and did a thorough inspection inside with the furnace. Also went to sit down and outline estimate for repair (it was reasonable). Great service and customer service!

Malcolm came out to inspect our whole house plumbing. He was friendly, knowledgeable and diligent with his work. He took the time to explain options and recommendations for plumbing maintenance operations too. Malcolm was good with the cats and did his job well! F.H. Furr has given us another positive experience with home maintenance management.
