I highly recommend Bill from Appliance Service Pro for repairing a washing machine. He responded quickly to my phone call when my top loader Whirlpool came to a dead stop. He diagnosed the problem and thoroughly explained the options as well as the cost. After I decided that I wanted him to repair the machine, he found the part in town and returned later in the day and installed it. Bill was very competent, honest and polite.

Bill was punctual, knowledgeable, and spent time explaining what was wrong with my 12-year-old Whirlpool washer and what my service options were. Even though I decided o purchase a new washer, he gave me a lot of help suggesting washer brands and even offered help on how to make my Whirlpool steam dryer run more efficiently.
