Rodney is a truly dedicated & talented repairman! He puts time into his work while still getting the job done quickly, uses authentic parts, and is willing to go the distance both literally to your home and figuratively in making sure the repair is done up to his own high standards. Highly recommend this long-lime local Austin business!
Rodney is great. Came out and quickly diagnosed the issues of my 2 refrigerators. They were both beyond repair and since he was in and out so quick he didn't even charge the diagnostic he said he would.
Rodney was amazing! He was in and out within 30 minutes and fixed my refrigerator. Definitely will be using him again for future services!

Would not recommend. Red was late to our appointment, then charged me $130 for ten minutes of work and the pleasure of telling me the motor was busted and wasn't worth replacing. However, after he left I tested the washing machine again, and it started spinning. Clearly this issue is a sensor, or electrical problem. The problem is still intermittent, but it obviously isn't the motor
The gentleman who helped us was both knowledgeable and very friendly. Before he showed up he had already diagnosed the issue with our compressor over the phone, just by the symptoms it was experiencing/ guarantee he save us a bunch of time, money and guesswork. I would definitely recommend Red’s (and our technician, Rodney, in specific) to any of my friends and family!
As a mom of two I need my washer. When I went to do laundry and my room filled with water I didn’t know what to do. After calling he made my appointment same day came out to assess the problem. Then went to go get parts and fixed it same day! I am so appreciative and couldn’t be happier. Love to see that there are still people out there that run wholesome companies and have a great work ethic. Would highly recommend.
