A broken appliance is one of the most stressful things available. My Bosch dryer broke and I called bosch. They were not very helpful and repairs could be very costly. I checked around a few places and these guys were the most transparent, responsive and knowledgeable.

I recently used this company to have the door boot of my washing machine replaced. On the phone I was quoted an estimate of around $200 for this repair, because my washing machine was 10 years old. The estimator named Zack told me that newer models could be as high as $400 for the repair, but since mine was an older model it would cost around $190 to $200 for the repair. Based on that lower quote I decided to let them proceed. When the repair guy came he finished the boot replacement in about 45 minutes and charged me $364!! I was outraged and called Zack back afterwards to request a rebate of some kind, but so far he has done nothing. I will never used this company again

James came out to service my dishwasher and it works like new! Great quality for a great price. Definitely recommend!
