Baltimore Appliance Center

I must say I have never been more pleased in my life. I normally work with a company in Virginia, but they stated they do not deliver to Baltimore. So after Googling and searching for another vendor. I came across this company. I was greeting d with the most pleasant voice Rosenell. She assisted with my request. Sight unseen just pictures. I took a leap of faith and made the purchase and scheduled the install and delivery. My tenant was more than please. They were quick and respectful. Ensured that everything was working before their departure. I will be using them again for sure. Thank you so much for everything. TOP NOTCH A++++++

I have purchased from BAC many times, they have a friendly staff and good prices on their used appliances. Good place to look for scratch and dent as well. Whenever I was looking for a small 20 in stove, this is the first place I would look. This time I got a used washer and dryer with delivery

I do not recommend this place. I have bought a refrigerator and a gas stove here without problems. The place seems to be under new management/ownership. I bought a washer and dryer set two weeks ago and the dryer has already died. They sent out a technician to diagnose the problem. They told me they would replace the faulty part and that's been it. And they do not seem concerned at all about getting a replacement part. I've followed up with them twice about it. All they've said is that their parts source won't answer the phone. I tried to get a return and they are putting up a fight about it. I understand they have policies, I also have a policy of not getting taken advantage of and buying expensive appliances that don't work. This issue has not been resolved. Stay away from this place, you will be taken advantage of.

I was really pleased with my new washer and dryer set. The price was the best part including installation and hauling the old one away compared to all the extra fees added on at some other retailers. Will be back to purchase other appliances soon. Great experience sales person was very professional and followed up with me to make sure everything was okay.

Great selection of gently used refrigerators (and more). The woman who helped us was super informative, polite, & accommodating. The delivery guys actually showed up when they said they would (window was 2-4 & they got here at 3). The whole experience was quick, easy, and affordable. A rare treat in 2025!!!

Great place for appliances! We bought washer dryer dishwasher and refrigerator from them. Excellent service and pricing! Will buy again in the future.

Thank you very much for your service! The washer and dryer are working perfectly since the delivery guys installed them and everything works fine.
