Beware, this seller will take your money … mark your product shipped. They will Sit on your money for weeks and on the last day that your package that is marked shipped is suppose to arrive, they will say oh sorry it’s not arriving on time so we will issue you a refund. Keep in mind the product was never shipped!! Buyer beware!
Eric treats you like family every time you come in! Products are the cheapest you’ll find in the Baltimore metro area, they are awesome products that get the job done the first time. I used to go to Aramasco for all my products but now I will solely go to Baltimore Janitorial Supply. They are true stand up men and I won’t stand by anybody else. The atmosphere in the store is always good and welcoming if you have any questions the staff will thoroughly breakdown and help you get your answer. I had a grout job first time cleaning grout Eric helped me top to bottom get the right products and the right process to bring home my first successful tile & grout cleaning. CANT THANK THESE PEOPLE ENOUGH!!!!!
Didn’t know what i was doing. Eric took the time help me understand and explain what the best choice of chemical and equipment and procedures to get the job done. I followed the experience these guys have and i now have a clean an happy Carpet! Thank you guys
While the supply store has a great selection of cleaning products etc their customer service has much to be desired. When visiting prepare to wait longer than usual to be seen and/or checked out.
They make you feel welcome and they have everything you need now and will need later. They have decent prices and give personal attention to me and everyone I've seen go in there. Thanks guys!
