EMR - Commercial Kitchen Service, Parts, and Installation

EMR response to a new service request was outstanding. The scheduler was very helpful and was able to get a same week appointment in time for church service on Sunday. Greg, our technician, was on-time, very professional, efficient, and gave us some great tips on keeping these old appliances going. WE will be using EMR as our maintenance/repair team going forward.

Darrius is committed to excellence. He has a soothing way of sharing difficult information. His skill set is strong. His work is clean, organized, quick and efficient.

Avoid at all costs. As others noted, they come out multiple times and charge you several hundred dollars each time. In our case, they ordered the wrong parts, came out multiple times, charged us each time. Charged us for expedited services and then took over a week to get the right parts. Nearly $8000 in charges, with nearly 2/3rds being their fees. They wouldn't exist if we weren't forced to use them by Giles. Next time the unit fails, I will go with a new unit than be forced to deal with this company again.

Nearly rear ended us on sharpsburg pike and decided to ride our bumper for a few miles before aggressively passing us just to get to sheetz. Was wondering if this warranted a review but then saw others comment about their driving. Van #2520

Nothing but professional top notch service. Highly knowledgeable in every aspect of commercial refrigeration and cooking equipment. Get an annual service contract and no more service worries, its worth every penny. If your tired of the rest call the best.
