Sooo, if your not loaded( reefer trailer) will have to make an appointment- 2 to 3 weeks in advance! On appointment day you drop trailer. However, in the words of one of the customer service ladies-" we make appts for you to drop it off and get in line, We work you in and that could take up to a week. Well, I dropped on a Wed for next day Thursday appt. I called following Tuesday for update, not in yet but was assured that they planned to get it in that week. Nope, it sat thru 3 day weekend- no phone call from them with update. I called on Tuesday- needs new compressor apparently ( was to have compressor seal replaced). Again, no phone call with explanation of findings. AND, AND NO ESTIMATE UNTIL NEXT DAY BECAUSE SERVICE MANAGER IS ON VACATION AND ONLY HE CAN GIVE ESTIMATE. Unbelievable! Estimate emailed next day, again, no phone call about findings and explanation! Then, when I refused work, was told they would call when unit was put back together and diagnose bill ready. Nothing. I believe the issue is that they are the only certified Carrier dealer in Baltimore region, therefore are VERY BUSY and take it for granted. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL. AVOID IF POSSIBLE.

My company who utilizes the service department of Multimarine on a daily basis. Dealing with dispatch and all the technicians, they are extremely responsive and quick to get any of my service request completed, including services on TK units. I highly recommend them. They have made my job that much easier.

Very unprofessional and rude. Would not recommend for any services. So disappointed in the customer service. You never know who you may be entertaining so it is always kool to be kind.

On behalf of myself Doug (Driver) and my Company Eagle Nation Transportation out of Green Bay Wisconsin, OMG Mike and (Matt Tech) @ Multimareine Service Carrier Reefer Services are absolutely are the best people that I have ever ran into out here on the East Coast (Baltimore) ....came here with a reefer unit that was not running correctly. Matt dove in and within an hour had things isolated and fixed!!! Cannot thanks these guys enough for getting me and my unit back up and running Thank You Mi I e and Matt and Multimarine services. Definitely will refer people to here!!!

I would without a doubt come back to see them. Ray came out and did everything he said he was going to do. After hours on a Labor Day. 5 star service is rare these day. I appreciate you guys.

As a commercial truck dealer, I come across a variety of auxiliary equipment from hydraulic lifts, cranes, blowers, cab racks, power units, and the list goes on. After just selling a used sleeper tractor to a customer, I went to demonstrate how to heat his truck through the winter without wasting fuel running the truck's engine while he slept. That's when we realized that the heating function of the APU, a small generator that burns 1/10th the fuel of the engine, was deactivated by the previous owner. Brittany scheduled an appointment to look at it next day at 8am, they saw my customer even though he got lost and arrived a little over an hour late, they then reprogrammed the APU and let my customer get on his way. They did this as a courtesy! I'll gladly send referrals when I can. They could have easily billed us for an hour and we would have happily paid it for our customer, but the good people at Multi Marine Services have integrity. Give these folks a fair shake, you should be pleasantly surprised.
