Supreme Service Today

I’ve deleted my earlier 5 Star review. It’s been 2 weeks, 3 visits from two different technicians, $1400, and our AC still isn’t fixed. After each visit, the AC cools for a few hours but within 5 to 10 hours stops cooling completely. In the meantime we’ve had to buy a window AC unit to make the home livable. No one can afford having a technician out every other day. To their credit, the technicians acted Profesional and courteous, explained what they did in clear terms, arrived in their estimated windows, and were nice people. However, their work was not enough to do the job of fixing our AC. The first photo is from the tech, which shows at 10am today the AC unit was blowing 61 degree air. Great! The second photo is from 10pm, same day, and despite being set to Cool, the AC is blowing 83 degree air. Infuriating.

Our heat stopped working at 10pm Thanksgiving night. I was able to schedule an appointment that night for first thing the next morning on their website and received a call at 8am that the technician would be there in 30 to 45 minutes. Youssef was incredible and took his time explaining the issue as well as possible remediations. Ultimately, he was able to resolve the problem and our heat was back on by 10am. I could not ask for better service and will gladly continue to have my HVAC serviced and maintained by Supreme.

I have worked with Supreme before and they always offer very polite and professional service. I scheduled an appointment through a courtesy call about an AC maintenance special. I had the AC on our 2 heat pumps tuned up for $49 each which is a great price. Ben, the technician who did the work, was excellent. He was extremely polite and positive and explained everything he did with photos. One heat pump was fine, but the other had a problem that will require a repair. At the end, Ben walked me through the entire inspection again and had 2 quotes for the recommended work. The service was excellent, but we will get a second estimate on the work before making the repair. That being said, they sent the estimate and all the photos of the work so that we have them for our files. Again, great service and price for the maintenance; I just want to be sure of the price for the proposed work.

Supreme Service knocks it out on f the park again. It was just a maintenance service call this time, however they also installed the units. On both occasions they were the definitions of professional. They were on time, very efficient, spotless clean, and very personable. Jose M took additional time after their work to explain everything and give great pointers on how to keep the unites clean and running for a long time. I have already and will continue to suggest Supreme Service for all of anyone’s HVAC needs. They really are the best!

Stay away from this company. It was a disaster. A 2 day job turned into a 8 week job. They took on a job they had no business taking on. We hired them to install a tub and shower walls. They had to rip it out and start over. And only did so when I put up reviews. They finally finish and offer a discount and then try and take the discount back. My water pressure is low now, they chipped the walls, scuffed the tub, the floor isn't level, crappy caulking job I pretty much had to redo it, etc. Crazy. Don't waste your time with these guys. And I have dealt with so many different employees. When I call back to deal with the same guy they are gone. Terribe company.

Fantastic experience. Benyam arrive one hour after I called for an appointment. He methodically worked through each finding as he solved our problem. He is so knowledgeable and explained each step as he made progress. He fixed our system and was extremely pleasant. Love this company - the first company I called couldn’t come out for 3 days

Supreme installed our geothermal HVAC system in 2019 and they are still providing us with great follow-up service. Our system was reporting an error message and Supreme sent someone right away to check it out. Benyam C. spent 3 hours(!) inspecting and testing every aspect of the system and consulting with the manufacturer before giving us our options. We could not be more satisfied with Supreme and Ben, in particular. So glad we went with them when we added this system.
