My experiences with Home Depot have been extremely disappointing: deliveries often arrived late or damaged, and installations were performed by untrained drivers, resulting in poor workmanship. In contrast, Standard Appliance provides highly skilled installers with years of experience, delivering reliable, high-quality results every time.

The entire process of buying a new electric range was painless. Every step was easy and professional. Delivery was fantastic. First rate in every way.

We purchased some kitchen appliances during a LD sale. Part of the sales pitch were the rebates, which I didn't qualify for. I looked the other way. Another reason was functionality... Which wasn't what was promised by the sales guy (the two pieces were incompatible). I understand that the buyer should beware, but one of the reasons we went to Standard was because of their perported knowledgeable staff and I was relying on them to give me accurate information.The third issue was that they tried to sneak in an additional $119 charge (that took literal hours on the phone for them to finally admitt fault-thr sales guy needs anger management classes). The next issue was "rounding up" charges on invoices which helps nobody. Finally, after everything was worked out, the sales guy took the time to write on the deliver order that I was "angry and unhappy". I was technically only one of those things, but after the ordeal of delivery and installation, finding out I was lied to about functionality, does make me angry... At myself... For not listening to my wife and going to Home Depot or Costco. Thank you for reaching out. I will update this review with the outcome

Added an LGIQ Tower washer and refrigerator installed. . Wiatt and Lucas were on time, professional, and great problem solvers. The space I was putting my tower in was incredibly difficult, but they managed it well and kept me informed all along the way.

Great experience. I was given all the time needed to make my decisions without feeling any pressure. My salesperson listened to my needs and made suggestions, answering my questions and offering insights. Delivery was exactly as I was told-that I would receive a call with a delivery window. They showed up exactly at the scheduled time and efficiently set up my appliances and mattress. They were polite and personable. I will definitely come back and recommend them to others.

Our fridge died one morning. Quick look online for options. Picked Standard due to breadth of choices and customer service online. Walked in to the showroom, in-store help was great, 30 minutes later walked out with a good idea. Decided at home and bought a fridge that afternoon. Delivery 1 1/2 days later.
