Have used Josh for our appliances and he is always very professional and polite. He is also very prompt and honest with what repairs need to be done and in a timely manner. We will continue to use him for any appliance repair needs.

Had a dishwasher repair. They came out within a few hours and fixed it. Also asked the technician, Kyle, if he would be able to fix our gas stove issue while he was there. Fixed it on the spot! Both issues were taken care of in less than 30 minutes. Kyle was super friendly and very professional. Price was not too bad either. Extremely happy with service all around.

These guys are the best! Certified Appliance Services communicated with me completely, they do what they say they are going to do, and at a fair price. The Appliance "service" company I had previously called was the opposite, they strung our family out and we wiated and they kept making excuses, nearly 3 weeks, and still wasn't fixed. I called Certified and it was done! Really - don't call anyone else in NWA.

Matthew from Certified was great! Our refrigerator broke and the needed part was difficult to find but he powered through and ordered one but it was going to take two weeks to get it in but he temporarily fixed it until he part came in. He was always on time and texted as promised when he was on his way. I called three other appliance repair places prior to Certified. One never returned the call, one didn’t repair refrigerators and one wouldn’t come out on a Friday afternoon and told me they could come out the following Tuesday. I guess they expected me to buy ice and make the refrigerator an old fashion ice box. I highly recommend Certified

Certified Appliance is a great local resource for quick and affordable service/repair! We had an issue with our in-door ice maker (Samsung!!! Ugh!!!) and they were able to schedule and come for a visit within just a couple of days of calling, quickly assess the repair/part needed, provide a transparent estimate and timing for the repair, get the part ordered and delivered quickly, and come back quickly for a quick installation. The part did come loose after installation and as ice started to stack up, but a quick call to report the issue was responded to and the issue immediately addressed/fixed. This was all completed on one invoice without having to pay multiple service call fees. Highly recommend Josh and all of the Certified Appliance Repair team for any repairs needed. They also replaced a part on an under-counter ice maker that was a pretty major job which also shows their ability to address a range of small to more complex jobs!

I highly recommend Certified Appliance. Josh was super helpful, communicative, and professional. Came out same day to assess my broken dishwasher and a few days later to install a new one. Super fast and quality service.

I could not say enough good things about this company. They went above and beyond to get my built in Microwave/ Oven fixed. They had to replace two parts on this microwave. Both Matt and Kyle were courteous and friendly and efficient. I highly recommend Certified Appliance Repair Service.
