Appliance Doctor Emergency Appliance Repair

*Fair note, I called to get a resolution with Mike the Service Manager before posting* So I called about having an ice maker fixed. Had a working fridge and freezer before the guy got here. They told me they sent their best guy in the area to fix it with 10 years of experience in the area. Okay, the guy left my fridge dismantled and now my fridge, freezer and ice maker isnt working. The tech told me he was stumped and there was a short somewhere and he diligently tried finding it instead of just replacing what we asked him to fix. I called about compensation for a new appliance due to their craftsmanship. I was told they make no guarantees but could send someone else out, unfortunately it would be the same tech that was "stumped". So I told him forget it. Now im waiting in limbo for a replacement and refund that they basically avoided at all costs of responsibility as a company. In conclusion, avoid this repair company if you want to be actually taken care of as a customer and a company that backs up what they say theyll do. I asked for his word about a refund and was told he could make no guarantees.

I contacted the Appliance Doctor for our washer was not working properly. The Technician Paul was very professional, he arrived and diagnosed, installed a new part and fixed the appliance in a relatively short amount time. The cost was reasonable we our using the washer again, thank you. Nick and Terry V.

Great service, prompt, tech was polite, called several times to give us arrival status and fixed our gas dryer, no problem. Definitely use Appliance Doctor again.

Scam. Scam. Scam. Scam. Scam. Not to be trusted. LEON will rip you off. He arrived in the Appliance Doctor labeled truck. He then takes your money cash or Venmo says he fixed it and it remains broken. He then ghosts you. LEON owes me 625.00. He took and left my cook top broken. He broke. And washer not working. Beware. Money is taken and you can’t get him to come back. Biggest scam I have ever encountered. Filling report with Better Business Bureau and already contacted an attorney for my money back. Do not use this company. Not to be trusted.

I called today for service on my washer. They were able to squeeze me in and the technician, Alan, come out. I explained to him my issues with my washer and said what I thought it needed. He determined that my washer did not need the parts I thought and said if I wanted to replace them I could but he didn’t push for it. I felt like he was not trying to sell me things he didn’t believe I needed. He took the time to give me some tips and guidance on how to properly use my washer. He was so patient and kind and thorough. I could not be more grateful for his service as well as the fast response time I received. I first spoke with Michelle when I called and she was just as friendly and helpful as Alan. I hope I don’t *need* to call more but I know if I did, this company will be the only one I ever use. I couldn’t say enough great things about this company. They gained a customer for life.

Our technician John was great! He was polite, friendly, super helpful and efficient. Not only did to diagnose the issue with our fridge quickly, he also went above and beyond to help us with a temporary fix so we could use our fridge while waiting for the part. Everyone I dealt with at this company was friendly and helpful. I strongly recommend them!

I had a recently had an excellent experience with Appliance Doctor. Tony, the technician, was incredibly friendly and courteous from the moment he arrived. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my refrigerator and had it fixed in no time. I was thoroughly impressed with his expertise and efficiency. I will definitely be using Appliance Doctor again in the future and would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of appliance repair.
