We just had another great experience with ASAP after having them out several years ago for our dishwasher. This time, our old washing machine kept spinning at the end of the cycle and not ending the cycle on its own. Christina was super helpful and pleasant on the phone and was able to schedule Jeremy to come out quickly. Jeremy did a thorough job of diagnosing the issue (a sensor had gone bad that, of course, isn't made anymore). He gave us good recommendations about next steps and was great to work with. While we hope not to have any problems with appliances again any time soon, when we do, we'll be sure to call ASAP again!

We had them come out to fix the door flange on our microwave oven. We ordered the part and they installed it. Christina helped me over the phone. She was very helpful. Their technician "V" was very courteous and professional. He did an excellent job. We will definitely use this company again.

Travis, our technician arrived on time was neat and friendly. He checked our washer out which was 20 years old, an old Maytag. The parts were unavailable to fix it but we did get our moneys worth. He discussed our options and answered all of our questions. A very professional technician. Christina in their office arranged our visit I was professional and very friendly. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of a appliance repair. After speaking with Travis I found out the owner used to on Bothell appliance. We had many dealings with him when they were around it was always treated fairly and honestly . He has not changed his operating methods. Great company.

First, ApplianceASAP was great on the phone to schedule the next day service. They gave me a time window of 12-3PM next day. Dean actually called prior to coming out -- and was at our house at 12:15. Most of the time repair shops don't call ahead -- and they're usually at the end of the time window. Dean was awesome! Not only did he call, he was very knowledgeable, handled my inquisitive nature very well, and most importantly had the part and fixed the fan issue in about 15 minutes!! Again Dean was great, and I'd recommend ApplianceASAP without reservation.

Used them recently to get a dryer fixed. The first technician did fix the issue (rollers making a loud noise). However, after a week the dryer was not generating any heat. When I called back, they sent a new technician who came in a day after and immediately pointed out to a part (heating element) that needed to be replaced. He ordered the part and then came back a few days later and replaced it. I was not charged a dime for the part replacement and labor. Appreciate their thoroughness in taking care of this issue for us.

After calling about 10 - 12 repair places and everyone booked about a month out or wouldn't work on my Kenmore Elite, I found A.S.A.P. online by accident. They were also booked about 2 1/2 weeks, but were close by so I scheduled. The service tech, Travis, arrived within the time frame given. I showed him the problem and he gave me a quote. I found it to be very reasonable and he proceeded. The part that was broken, was backordered which would take more time and be very costly. He said he would try to repair the part and was successful in doing so. The job was completed in about 1 1/2 hours and was with the price quoted. I am very happy with the outcome and recommend them highly. If needed, I would use them again.
